ABOUT US

My name is Lilia Gunchak, I am from Ukraine. My journey in the world of construction began when I was a child - not at school or at work, but in my father's workshop. He had his own carpentry business and passed on to me not only knowledge but also a love of wood, precision, and craftsmanship. I grew up surrounded by tools, blueprints, and the smell of fresh wood. This is how I learned that quality work is not just a profession, but a lifestyle.
Over the years, my passion became a real calling. I took part in the work of my father's company, gradually taking over the organization of processes, communication with clients, and project management. The dream of my own business has always lived in me.In 2022, like many Ukrainians, I found myself abroad because of the war. It was a challenge. But instead of stopping, I decided that the experience and principles I had learned from home could be applied here.
So in 2024, MLVV Carpenters was born in the UK - my construction company that specializes in carpentry, repair, installation and dismantling. This is not just a business. It is my response to the challenges of life. It is a continuation of the tradition that my father started.
